What to expect when you visit with Circles in the Sand
The times posted on our public schedule are when the artwork will be complete and ready to walk. Creating the labyrinths usually starts about two hours before the scheduled Walk time. For instance, if the time on the schedule is 8:00 AM that means that is when the path is open for walking; the team will be on the sand about 6:00 AM to start drawing the path. Path will be walkable for two hours or more depending on the returning tide.
Our home beach is Face Rock Wayside in Bandon, Oregon Parking is limited and fills quickly. We will have staff at the entrance to ensure the parking lot does not overfill.

Circles in the Sand
Circles in the Sand was created in 2011 by labyrinth artist Denny Dyke. In the early years it was not uncommon to see mentions of "crop circles" or "alien art" after his work was found on the sand. His first intention was to create labyrinths so that everyone could enjoy a walk on the sand.
